A mum whose son has been left with PTSD after his dad's traumatic death, has warned others not to put their family in the same position.

Kirsty Walsh's husband Shane drowned after falling over a small wall in Shrewsbury, on his way home from a night out with friends.

Shane was propelled forward into the River Severn, where he went into cold water shock. Dad-of-two Shane was unable to shout for help, or move his arms and legs to save himself and he drowned alone, on September 3, 2017.

His wife Kirsty went through three days of hell after reporting 29-year-old Shane missing when he didn't come home. She had been shown CCTV by police of Shane tripping and falling into the river, a moment she says she replays in her mind over and over again.
