A three-year-old boy with terminal cancer has "had the best Christmas ever" after his family celebrated early. Ellis Price's parents were given the devastating news their little boy didn't have long left to live - but they were determined he shouldn't miss out on festivities.
Mum Laura and stepdad Ashley Pearman organised a visit from Santa, dressed a pony as a reindeer and hired a snow machine. They even tucked into a full Christmas dinner and watched festive films in a tent in the garden.
And the special day made their little Ellis smile. Laura, 35, from Wakefield, West Yorks, told The Sun: “This is Ellis’ last Christmas so we’ve rolled a lifetime of celebrations into one. "He’s had the best Christmas ever.
