A 15-year-old boy has been charged with murder after a teenager was stabbed to death in McDonald's in Bath. Ben Moncrieff, described as a 'funny, hard-working lad' was killed after the attack on Southgate Street in the city centre just before 3.30am on Saturday morning, the Mirror reports.
The 18-year-old was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Avon and Somerset Police has now confirmed that a teenager from South London was remanded to appear before magistrates in Bristol today.

Avon and Somerset Police Chief Inspector Ronnie Lungu said on Sunday: "First and foremost our thoughts go out to the family of the man who has died at this difficult and incredibly upsetting time. "A murder investigation is underway and we’d please ask for the benefit of our enquiries, but more importantly the welfare of the man’s family, that people avoid speculating on the possible circumstances while that is ongoing.
