'Both of our children were murdered at the same time... now we are one family'

Liam Curry, 19, and Chloe Rutherford, 17, were said to be 'inseparable' and their 'love story' was revealed by their families in a joint presentation delivered to the public inquiry into the 2017 terror attack.
A lasting legacy launched in their names is now supporting other youngsters - and a Pride of Britain award nomination has been revealed.
Caroline Curry, Liam's mum, said she wanted the world to know that Liam and Chloe were not victims, but 'two beautiful, young people with so much love in their hearts'. They were not victims, they were people in their own right. They had their own personalities." She said she found solace in the bond she formed with Chloe's parents, Mark and Lisa Rutherford - the two people in the world who she felt really understood what she was going through.
