Her legal team has claimed that Terry was negligent in his procedure, even alleged that he left "a mesh-like material" inside the woman because he was rushing to get back to the "Botched" set.Sources close to the realty TV doctor said Terry never uses mesh during his procedures, so if that was found inside the woman, it wasn't from him.
The woman claims in her legal paperwork that she initially sought Terry's expertise in California to help with loose skin and cellulite on her legs.
Following the surgery, she insisted that things went south immediately.In the lawsuit, she says she tried to sit up in the bed after the surgery and two of her incisions broke open.
