The boss of a company accused of failing to store human body parts legally, threatened to dump clinical waste in hospital car parks during a row with environmental chiefs, a court has heard.Garry Pettigrew allegedly made the comment after failing to hand over documents from his waste processing plant in Shotts.The 55-year-old, and Healthcare Environmental Services Ltd, are on trial over the alleged illegal storage of human body parts and other materials.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
