A hard working Lanarkshire man got his career back on track thanks to a government scheme.Joe Vincent, from Motherwell, struggled to find employment after losing his job at a garage during the pandemic.The 22-year-old had been diagnosed with anxiety, ADHD and Asperger’s Syndrome, and needed to find an employer who could accommodate this and give support when needed.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
