He added he wanted to share the 'huge opportunities that lie ahead' and 'why I believe our best days are yet to come'. Mr Johnson is the latest in a string of Conservative politicians to join the broadcaster, following in the footsteps of Lee Anderson, Philip Davies and Jacob Rees-Mogg .
