Boris Johnson has been filmed while appearing not to be wearing a seatbelt in a moving car.It appears to be a repeat of events in January when Rishi Sunak was fined for not wearing a seatbelt after posting a promo video for levelling-up funding.
This evening Labour mocked the two Tories by asking whether there was a "competition" on who could receive the most fines after the pair both received fixed penalty notices for breaking lockdown rules at No10 parties.
As reported by the Mirror, Mr Johnson was filming a local election campaign video when no seatbelt could be seen over his shoulder.
The ex-PM was encouraging Derbyshire Conservatives to get out to the polls while ranting about how people voting for his party were "the facts of life".It is currently difficult for police to know know which force should investigate as it is unclear whether Mr Johnson was in Derbyshire when the clip was filmed.
