Boris Johnson has reportedly tied the knot with his partner, Carrie Symonds, making the 56-year-old the first British Prime Minister to get married while in office in 199 years.
It’s believed that Boris walked down the aisle with his 33-year-old partner in an intimate ceremony in Catholic Westminster Cathedral surrounded by their closest family and dearest friends.
Boris got down on bended knee when the couple was holidaying on the Caribbean island of Mustique in December 2019. However, wedding plans were pushed back to have baby Wilfred, who is now a year old.
The news of the wedding comes just days after they sent out Save the Date cards asking their guests to keep Saturday, July 30, 2022 free to celebrate their wedding.
