Boots brand launches £15 vegan mucin serum that gives instant 'glass skin'

If you're a skincare fan, you've likely come across snail mucin.This trendy ingredient, which hails from Korea and is most famously found in COSRX's cult favourite Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, offers lightweight hydration and a gorgeous glow to the skin.

Now an innovative new formula is about to shake up the beauty scene. Bestselling skincare brand BYOMA has just unveiled its new Phyto-Mucin Glow Serum, retailing at £15, which uses a vegan alternative to snail mucin (the latter utilises real secretions humanely harvested from snails).
