Steven George Gerrard MBE (born 30 May 1980) is an English professional football manager and former player who manages Scottish Premiership club Rangers.

Bongani Zungu for the Scottish Cup clash with Cove Rangers after agreeing to let him to fly out to Sudan for South Africa's Nations Cup qualifier.

Sudan is not currently on the UK government's coronavirus red list, while the requirement for all arrivals to Scotland to quarantine contains an elite sport exemption.However, TimesLIVE reports there was no way for Zungu to get to Kharthoum for the AFCON qualifier without going through a red zone country.

And it seems Steven Gerrard will have to do without the loanee in the Scottish Cup as South Africa confirm he'll join up for the fixture but will quarantine on his return.
