A body has been found during the search for a missing man who failed to turn up to work. The discovery was made by police officers today, who have said there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
While formal identification is yet to take place, the family of missing Martin Simpson has been informed. The 54-year-old was reported missing from Oakbank Street in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, on Monday, March 6.
