Bodo/Glimt are to fly to Spain for a winter training camp ahead of their Europa Conference League match against Celtic in February.
When the Norwegian champions face the Premiership title hopefuls it will be their first game in 67 days when they play, because their season ended in the middle of December.
They will be in cold storage until then and have decided to act so they can shake off any rustiness before they eventually play Ange Postecoglou 's side.
The club's general manager, Frode Thomassen, said: "We have to start back in pre-season three to four weeks before the match against Celtic. "We will definitely leave the country if possible.
