The Manchester United legend, now manager of American club Inter Miami CF, took to social media to post a photo of himself being given a makeover by Harper and explained how it came about.
Writing on Instagram and tagging his wife Victoria, David said: "Daddy apparently needed a little powder & contouring ( not sure what that means but I looked better what ever it was ).
My little makeup artist." The picture showed Harper concentrating closely as she applied makeup to her father's face as he looked upwards.
