Blantyre murder cops bid to find car seen driving off at speed from scene

The dad was raced to the University Hospital in Wishaw but died a short time later. Police believe a dark blue Skoda was in the area at the time of the attack.Officers also think the motor, which could have been an estate car, sped off after the shooting in the direction of Blantyre Main Street.It could have also passed Douglas Street, or the expressway, or other surrounding roads.High visibility officers are patrolling the area and urge locals to speak to them should they have.
