Blake Lively's personal trainer Don Saladino has revealed his top tips for weight loss and maintaining a toned physique like his gorgeous celebrity client.The fitness expert has coached the likes of Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds as well as other big names including Cindy Crawford, Emily Blunt, Anne Hathaway and Marvel's Sebastian Stan, the Mirror reports.
He reassured that with his methods, his clients are "never starving themselves" and that they're also "never doing no-to-low carbs" in a revelation that may come as a shock to some.
Don also doesn't believe in calorie deficits and instead promotes incorporating healthier habits into his client's lifestyles such as drinking water, walking more and getting a good night's sleep each night.
Speaking of the importance of resting, he told E! News: "It's a fat burner and it's free". The personal trainer claims he once witnessed a client shed nine pounds in three weeks simply by sleeping for an extra 90 minutes per night.
