Blake Lively isn’t waiting for her day in court to object to Justin Baldoni‘s lawsuit! If you haven’t heard, the It Ends With Us director made good on his threat and filed a $400 million lawsuit against Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds.

He’s claiming the movie star couple were just trying to take his movie away from him — so Blake could control the brand. And all her claims of sexual harassment are just to make him look like the villain.

He contends after her “disastrous marketing efforts” led to terrible press for her — which only got worse when old interviews resurfaced — she decided to claim this was all because was running a smear campaign against her.

Her own lawsuit accuses him of retaliating after she stood up to his various forms of abuse on the set — including sexual harassment.
