Scots have chosen the names of two adorable lion cubs at Blair Drummond Safari Park. The park asked the public to help name the two 18-week-old lions in a social media appeal.
The animal sanctuary announced the two girls have been called Hope and Faith.It comes as the park marks their 50th anniversary.
Animal lovers will be able to watch the cubs play 24 hours a day on newly installed webcam s from inside their den. There is also a webcam available to watch the hippos.Blair Drummond said: "Our lion cubs have been named Hope and Faith. "The two little girls were born at the Safari Park 18 weeks ago and we’d asked our Facebook followers to help us pick their names."This was by far the most popular suggestion, and we think it’s perfect."
