A video posted on social media saw riders clamber down the massive ride after it came to a grinding halt near the very top. Park staff scaled the rollercoaster before tentatively helping nervous customers walk down the side of the ride, reports Lancashire Live.
Eyewitnesses were left shocked by the scenes at around noon as 'scared' riders descended down to safety.One person said: "OMG.
Big one stopped right at top today 12ish and the staff had to walk every one down safely. Well done."Think I would have been really scared.
