BLACKPINK vocalist and soloist Rosé has earned her highest Billboard Hot 100 entry yet with her new single ‘APT.’ featuring Bruno Mars.Released on October 18, Rosé’s new song ‘APT.’ made the chart at Number 8 for the week ending November 2, making her the first female K-pop artist to hit the chart’s Top 10.

The singer beats out her own group’s 2020 single ‘Ice Cream’ featuring Selena Gomez, which peaked at Number 13.This also marks Rosé’s second time appearing on the Billboard Hot 100 as a soloist, following her 2021 solo debut single ‘On The Ground’ which landed at Number 70 shortly after its release.

Meanwhile, it is Mars’ 20th Top 10 appearance on the Hot 100 chart.Elsewhere, ‘APT.’ also appeared at the top of both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl.

US chart. With 224.5million streams, it is now the song with the second largest streaming week since the Global 200 began after K-pop boy band BTS’ 2021 single ‘Butter’.‘APT.’ was first released on October 18 as the first single off Rosé’s upcoming solo album ‘rosie’, which arrives in December.
