Blac Chyna's legal team will be able to depose Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner as part of an assault and battery lawsuit filed against her by her ex, Rob Kardashian.Rob, 34, claimed that Chyna, 33, tried to choke him with an iPhone cord in December 2016 during a fight at a home owned by Kylie.Chyna's attorney Lynne Ciani said in a statement obtained by Page Six on Monday they are 'very pleased to announce' the reality star will be able to depose the Kardashian-Jenner family as the trial court has 'agreed' the stars are 'not above the law'.

The court ended up reducing the deposition to just two hours per person.'We are pleased the court limited the scope of the depositions to minimize the burden on the very busy members of the family,' Michael Rhodes, counsel for the Kardashian-Jenner family, said in a statement obtained by Page Six on Tuesday.
