The Family Diaries and former TOWIE star Billie Shepherd is being criticised for complaining about her “nightmare” flight home from the Maldives with her family, which saw the mum-of-three having to hold her baby daughter Margot for several hours.
Billie, 33, recently jetted to the stunning location with her husband Greg, 38, and their three kids and, as the family flew home to the UK, Billie was forced to hold four month old Margot for 12 hours because the only bassinet available on the flight home was broken.
Making things even more difficult, Margot apparently needed changing five times during the flight. Recalling the stressful ordeal on her podcast with sister Sam Faiers, 33 year old Billie explained: “We get on the flight and they’re like ‘really sorry the bassinet’s broke’.
One bassinet on the whole flight." She said she requested to move to a different seat but was told they had been reserved for passengers who had booked extra legroom. “So I had to hold Margot in my arms for 12 hours – Greg and mum helped as well.
