Billie Piper has written a candid essay about her mental health. The Doctor Who actress, 38, has opened up about going through therapy after battling an eating disorder and anxiety.
She first tried therapy after she collapsed in a Covent Garden club in 2000, when she suffering from an eating disorder, but found it didn't help her.
Writing for Elle magazine, Billie told how she tried it again when she was 34-years-old and it has helped her become more aware of behaviours that can harm her.
