Earlier in the series, Greg, 36, had secretly taken himself and their two children - Nelly, seven, and Arthur, four - for singing lessons so they could perform Billie's, 31, favourite song Crazy by Patsy Cline.
Greg explained that Billie's late nan, Wendy, always used to sing it to her and even performed it at their 2019 wedding in the Maldives.
In an exclusive clip obtained by OK! , it sees the moment Billie is surprised with the performance and she is left in tears over the thoughtful gesture.
