Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell (born December 18, 2001) is an American singer and songwriter. Born and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles, Eilish began singing at a young age. She gained media attention in 2016, when she uploaded the song "Ocean Eyes" on SoundCloud, subsequently released by Darkroom and Interscope Records. "Ocean Eyes" was written and produced by her brother Finneas, with whom she collaborates on music and live shows. Eilish's debut EP, Don't Smile at Me (2017), reached the top 15 in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

In a new 21-year-old Grammy-winning entertainer opened up about her decision to delete all of her social media apps off of her phone. Keep reading to find out more… “I don’t look at it anymore,” Billie said on the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast when host Conan O’Brien brought up social media. “I deleted it all off my phone, which is such a huge deal for me.” “Cause dude, you didn’t have the internet to grow up with,” Billie explained. “For me, it was such a big part of – not my childhood, I wasn’t an iPad baby, thank god – but honestly, I feel like I grew up in the perfect time of the internet that it wasn’t so internet-y, I had such a childhood, and I was doing stuff all the time.” She added, “And then when I became a pre-teen, there were iPhones, and as I got a little older, there was all of what has become, but being a pre-teen and a teenager on the internet, those were my people, I was one of them.” Find out who recently admitted they regret passing on collaborating on a song with Billie.
