Bill Turnbull steps down from Classic FM radio show with 'great regret' due to 'health reasons'

Radio and TV presenter Bill Turnbull has announced he is stepping back from hosting his radio show on Classic FM for "health reasons".The 65 year old broadcast star, who has been living with prostate cancer since 2018, shared the news on his Twitter page and was met with an outpouring of support.

Bill explained that he's been forced to make the decision after the road had been "a bit bumpy recently" and he needs to focus on his health for a while to try and "get better".The radio and Good Morning Britain favourite apologised to his fans and listeners but assured them that he will "be back" as soon as he can.
