Police were called to reports of the collision on Moore Lane in Widnes on Friday afternoon (January 13). The man, who is currently in receiving treatment in hospital, was the rider of a blue Sym motorbike that collided with a blue Ford Fiesta on Moore Lane at around 2.53pm.
