Biker in his 30s rushed to hospital after smash with car

Emergency services were called to the A57 at Salford Western Gateway at around 7.50am on Tuesday (March 30). The crash, involving a motorbike and a car, happened near the Barley Farm pub.

The driver of the motorbike, a man in his 30s, suffered arm and shoulder injuries. It is not yet known whether his injuries are serious.
