Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon was left in tears after she hit her Golden Buzzer for "superstar" theatre act Chickenshed on Saturday's show.

The singer and television personality, 44, was moved to tears during tonight’s show (April 22) after she heard the group's rendition of Emeli Sande's hit Wonder.

As the group took to the stage, they introduced themselves as members of the London theatre group Chickenshed, a theatre company "for absolutely everyone", that offers a "place for people where they didn’t have a place before".

The audition was an instant hit with the judges and the audience, and it wasn’t long before the audience were on their feet clapping and dancing along.
