Beverley Knight hits back as Strictly Come Dancing viewers accuse her of lip syncing

Beverley Knight has hit hit back at TV viewers who accused her of lip syncing on Strictly Come Dancing on Sunday evening. The singer, 50, put on an incredible performance during the results show on 16 October.

Beverley belted out I'm On Fire with the London Community Gospel Choir, while Strictly pros Gorka Marquez and Katya Jones performed a stunning routine together.

Beverley put on a show for the audience, performing from a blue velvet throne while sporting a metallic gold outfit, with images of flames appearing across the dance floor.

However, some Strictly viewers weren't convinced she was performing live on the results show. Many took to social media to question whether Beverley was lip syncing, with one person writing on Twitter: "When I watched last week Madison Beer was on and it looked like she wasn’t singing live.
