msn.comCoronation Street actor underwent two hip operations earlier this year, the most recent in July.The 63-year-old had already signed up for the ITV show but the surgeries left her appearance at risk.In a chat with North Wales Live, Beverley said: "I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to do it."Her hip surgeon warned that she had "no chance" of being physically fit enough to compete on the show.The soap star was determined to be a part of this year's I'm a Celebrity line-up though, she revealed.
