Naman Ramachandran Tara Gaming Limited has unveiled plans for “Bharatvarsha / The Age of Bharat,” an ambitious entertainment franchise set in ancient India.

The venture, which aims to launch its first AAA fantasy video game by late 2026, brings together bestselling author Amish Tripathi and veteran game producer Nouredine Abboud.

AAA (triple-A) games are high-budget, high-profile titles typically produced and distributed by major publishers. The project seeks to harness the narratives of Indic heritage within digital interactive entertainment, with plans to expand into films, TV series and merchandise.

Tripathi, known for his “Shiva Trilogy” and “Ram Chandra series,” will lead narrative development, while Abboud, whose credits include “Ghost Recon Wildlands,” brings 20 years of gaming industry experience to the table, including with Ubisoft.
