Louis hopes to raise as much money as possible for Andy's Man Club and wants to draw attention to the mental health benefits of cold exposure.
The 19-year-old from Scarborough said: "It all stemmed from me losing my friend David about two months ago and in a way, it’s a shame that it took that for me to realise that everyone struggles to different degrees. "I’m really passionate about cold exposure and what it can do for your mind.
