Josko Gvardiol is Manchester City's top transfer target this summer. Negotiations have dragged on for the centre-back with City reluctant to pay RB Leipzig's asking price of £85m for the Croatian colossus plus additional performance-related payments.
However, the clubs have now finally agreed on a fee after weeks of negotiations. Gvardiol still isn't a City player yet and he watched on from the stands as his current side competed in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday to avoid picking up an injury that could scupper the move.
The 21-year-old is seen as a player who can play in City's defence for ten years and Pep Guardiola looks as though he'd adding a brilliant player to his ranks.
