Ben Shephard has told Kate Garraway that he was singing her praises at an event he was hosting - but felt 'uncomfortable' doing so.

The pair, who have worked together and been friends for more than 20 years, were back at the helm of Good Morning Britain on Thursday (March 9).

There was also the usual debates and entertainment news, which included the big reveal of the UK's Eurovision Song Contest entry for this year ahead of the competition being held in Liverpool.
