During one episode of the series, a contestant named Maria stunned both Ben and viewers by coming back from a major deficit to land the show's first-ever double drop – resulting in a large cash prize.
Halfway through the episode, Maria was lagging behind her rival Martin, with a modest £850 in her prize pot compared to his hefty £2,300.
But fortune seemed to favour Maria when she played an impressive round that included securing a double double drop, much to This Morning presenter Ben's amazement.
