Ben Foden and wife Jackie welcome new baby during pandemic

It came as a slight shock to most people when ex-professional rugby player Ben Foden announced he had married American entrepreneur Jackie Smith.

Their marriage came just two weeks after the pair initially started dating but it seems like it was love at first sight as shortly after this they announced they were expecting a baby.

Now after just 10 months of marriage, the newlyweds have welcomed a baby into the world, and during a pandemic no less. Ben took to his Instagram stories when his wife went into labour as she lay looking rather uncomfortable in her hospital bed as he wrote: ‘What do people think of an Instagram live stream birth during a pandemic?.’ We assume he was joking but this was followed by multiple other stories of his wife
