Ben Foden has admitted he played it badly – cheating on his pop star wife Una Healy then remarrying on the day their divorce came through.

But he says the pair have now buried the hatchet for the sake of their kids. The ex-England rugby ace must have hurt Una’s feelings when he wed US socialite Jackie Belanoff Smith on a yacht last summer after dating for only two weeks.

Ben said: “My final decree didn’t even come through until the morning of us getting married. "People will say I wasn’t very respectful in what I did, getting married to Jackie very quickly, but you can’t help the heart and we’ve got past it.” Una, 38, and Ben, 35, who have a daughter Aoife, eight, and son Tadhg, five, split in 2018 after six years of marriage.
