Ben Cohen’s ex-wife Abby has revealed her regrets over spending so many years crying over their marriage breaking down, as she moves on with new love.

The couple split up after Ben starred on Strictly Come Dancing, and ended up in a relationship with his partner, Kristina Rihanoff.

Mum-of-two Abby has revealed she is now in a new relationship with boyfriend Dave Warner, and regrets spending so long being upset over Ben.

She told the Daily Mail: ‘Once I began to accept that I couldn’t change things, I started to feel better and the sun came out. ‘I think my biggest regret is spending all those years crying — I don’t know how my body produced as many tears as it did.’ Abby, 42, added: ‘My whole world fell apart when Ben made the decision
