A beloved bakery in Greater Manchester has announced that one of its sites has closed ahead of Christmas - but already has exciting plans in store for next year.
TROVE bakery is the brainchild of husband-and-wife duo Marcus and Katy Saide and has become one of Greater Manchester’s most celebrated bakeries since it began life in 2011 as a stall at Levenshulme Market.
The bakery now has cafes in Levenshulme, Ancoats and its most recent city centre venue at Bloc on Marble Street, which opened two years ago.
Last week, TROVE closed the doors on its Stockport bakery site at Crossley Park in Heaton Chapel with owners describing it as the ‘end of an era’.
