It has been credited with giving the reality TV genre a new lease of life and now the back-stabbing smash hit The Traitors has returned to our screens with a third series. The show, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, brings 22 strangers together in a castle - three of whom are 'Traitors' and the rest the 'Faithful'.

By day they perform tasks to contribute to a £120,000 prize pot, by night the Traitors try to 'kill off' the others before their status is rumbled with the eventual winner walking away with the cash.

One of the most successful Faithfuls from the very first series of The Traitors was Fay Greaves from Suffolk, who got to the 10th episode of 12 before being banished.

In an exclusive interview with OK!, Fay, who worked as Head of Welfare at a school before the show, has opened up about what it's like to be part of it and why she decided to apply for the programme.
