Bear Grylls, Casey Anderson and Brevity Films Team Up for Coyote Peterson’s ‘That Bear Kid’ (EXCLUSIVE)

Katcy Stephan Director Coyote Peterson, the Emmy-winning host of the “Brave Wilderness” YouTube channel, has assembled an all-star team of wildlife experts for a forensic retelling of the life-threatening bear attack that college wrestlers Kendell Cummings, Brady Lowry, Orrin Jackson and August Harrison survived near Cody, Wyo.

in Oct. 2022. BAFTA and Emmy-winner Bear Grylls of The Natural Studios (“Running Wild with Bear Grylls,” “Man Vs. Wild,” “You Vs.

Wild”) and Casey Anderson of Vision Hawk Films (“Expedition Wild,” “America the Wild”) are serving as wilderness experts, with Peterson and Anderson also starring in the film as co-hosts.

The Natural Studios is set to introduce the film to buyers. Currently in post-production, “That Bear Kid” is scheduled for festival submission in early 2025.
