The BBC has said it will 'look at all options' to reclaim pay from disgraced presenter Huw Edwards. The presenter admitted to accessing indecent photos of children as young as seven after chatting to a man he met online.

On Wednesday (July 31), Westminster Magistrates’ Court was told seven of the 41 indecent images sent to the veteran broadcaster by convicted paedophile Alex Williams were of the most serious type.

BBC director-general Tim Davie has now said the corporation will consider its options to reclaim pay from Edwards after the boss was probed on the corporation’s handling of the case.
