In TV she has appeared in Family Affairs, All in the Game, Pig Heart Boy, Casualty, EastEnders plus many more. Clare Perkins’ impressive list of credits includes The Bill and Holby City but EastEnders is what Clare is most associated with.

Clare had a role on EastEnders where she played Ava Hartman from 2012 up until the following year. Ava's character was introduced in the soap as the long-lost daughter of icon Cora Cross and half-sibling of Tanya Banning and Rainie Cross.

During her brief time on Albert Square, she was reunited with her family as well as her son's father, Sam, who she had not seen for.
