BBC Survivor viewers were quick to switch off just minutes into the new series, all voicing the same complaint.The show, hosted by Joel Dommett, made a comeback on BBC1 with 18 contestants from across the UK competing for a £100,000 cash prize.

Despite the excitement of the show's return after more than 20 years, many fans were left unimpressed.They took to social media to express their disappointment, with one viewer saying: "I'm bored already #Survivor." Another added: "Good grief.

Is this really what the # BBC think the great British public want to watch on a Saturday night?" Someone else commented: "#Survivor on @BBCOne is c***.

Gave it 20minutes and it's dull. Bring back #TheWheel." One viewer cheekily said: "I'm not sure I care about anything that is happening. #SurvivorUK #Survivor." Another viewer wrote: "Good grief.
