Strictly Come Dancing's Kristina Rihanoff and her partner, former rugby star Ben Cohen, are reportedly battling severe financial difficulties that threaten their home and relationship, a court has been told.Ben, who won the Rugby World Cup, was in court with Rihanoff, 46, after she was caught driving her £30,000 Audi Q3 without valid insurance.At Northampton Crown Court, Cohen, 45, admitted to overlooking a message from his insurance provider.Rihanoff, listed in court documents as Kristina Pchenitchnykh, was pulled over while driving her 72-plate Audi in Horsemarket, Northampton, on April 4.

The Russian-born professional dancer received six points on her driving licence, risking a ban due to accumulating 12 penalty points.

She appeared in court on Friday to challenge the driving without insurance charge, with Cohen testifying on her behalf, reports the Mirror.

The couple, who became romantically involved after being paired on the 11th series of Strictly in 2013, which led to Ben leaving his wife Abbie Bray, have started several ventures together, including a Yoga studio, all of which have suffered during the pandemic.Cohen expressed his daily struggle in court, saying: "I get up every day and I fight not to lose everything, to lose my cars and my house and my relationship.
