Strictly Come Dancing fans have praised Dianne Buswell for her comments as she supported Chris McCausland following their latest live performance.
The pair were back in the ballroom on Saturday night (November 2) as week seven of the BBC One dance contest arrived. In a twist to Strictly's 20th-anniversary series, it was the first-ever 'icons Week'.
The new themed week saw the remaining 10 celebrities and their professional dance partners take to the dance floor to perform a routine accompanied by a track from a well-known singer or band with George Michael, Madonna, The Beatles and Bruno Mars among them. They were applauded by host Tess Daly, who commented: "Listen to that applause Chris, I think Dave Arch enjoyed playing that as much as you enjoyed dancing it!" Chris quipped in reply, "Well you know, dancing a Tango on BBC, I can only imagine someone's got to dance a Fanta now just to balance it out! " However, his joke landed flat with no response from the live studio audience.
