Some Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left distracted as they spotted a famous face away from the dancefloor during the launch show.

The BBC One dance contest burst back onto screens on Saturday night (September 14). Toyah Wilcox was among the 15 celebrities who made their ballroom debut during the pre-recorded episode which welcomed Strictly back to our screens after nine months and revealed this year's couples set to compete for the Glitterball trophy this year.
