Vito Coppola and Sarah Hadland have given a glimpse into how their energetic partnership works in the training room for Strictly Come Dancing - and we're tired just watching it.

After an impressive start to their run in the BBC One dance contest, actress Sarah and professional dancer Vito are hoping to continue their positive trajectory in week three of the competition when the hit dance show returns to screens on Saturday night (October 5).
